Delivery
Delivery for merchandise is charged at a standard flat rate of £4.00 per order or £2.00 per order for smaller items. Orders can be delivered to the mainland UK only. If you have pre-ordered any items please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.
There is no delivery charge for tickets. Tickets are delivered via email once your order has been placed. The email is your ticket to the game.
Payment
We accept payment for orders by credit or debit card via SumUp.
Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any item returned in a saleable condition with a valid confirmation email or receipt within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not have a confirmation email or receipt, we may at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include all labels, tags and be in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns of any personalised, customised or sale items. We will only replace an item if is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning an item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
